What do you like best about your job?
The best part of my job is, of course, winning! There’s a tremendous sense of accomplishment when we’re awarded projects. The bidding process comes with many challenges and assumptions, but when it all comes together, you know you’ve put together a solid estimate, and that’s incredibly rewarding.
