In 2002, a complete restoration and renovation of the original San Francisco Ferry Building was undertaken to redevelop the entire complex, originally built in 1898. A marketplace was created on the ground floor, which was the former baggage handling area of the terminal. The second and third floors were adapted for office use. This high-tech, confidential client's tenant improvement into that office space offers stunning views and plenty of natural light through it's arched arcade on both sides of the building. A creative mix of textures and textiles, along with bright pops of color create a serene backdrop with views of Treasure Island, Yerba Buena Island, and the Bay Bridge.
