This design intent for this lobby was to bring a bit of the old west Stagecoach era into modern San Francisco, striking a balance of both rustic and refined.

The impressive ceiling and feature wall in this lobby create a waterfall effect in reclaimed Ash. Metal wrapped columns add both a modern feel and texture, while the solid oak staircase and niche area create a warming tone to contrast with the metal. This combination of the mixed materials achieve a modern, yet warm and inviting space to all who enter.
