Sourcing Unique Material

Materials

As the volume of LEED and FSC® projects has increased, so has the interest in using recycled and reclaimed materials. We have established a variety of sources - both domestic and international - and have found this new area is largely sourced by a myriad of small independent recycle-reclaim lumber specialists and mills. We purchase recycled and reclaimed lumber with unique characteristics and intriguing stories. We understand the idiosyncrasies associated with these unique materials.

Working with design teams, Mission Bell has been a vital part of giving this special material new life as paneling, cabinetry and millwork assemblies for special projects. Our heavy milling equipment capability enables us to properly work with these unusual materials.
