Mission Bell Manufacturing

Mission Bell has been a pioneer amongst local millworkers in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Beginning with small study groups reading "The Toyota Way" and continuing through multiple "Rapid Improvement Events", we've implemented processes that identify and eliminate waste ("muda") and improve flow. We capitalized on lean training even further when our move to a new state-of-the-art facility in 2009 gave us the opportunity to reconfigure our shop in a manner which supports Lean Msanufacturing.

Lean reaches beyond our manufacturing operations to our Install department and Lean Construction. As a long-time participant and leader in the Lean Construction Institute, we've applied principles we've learned in our manufacturing arm to our field crews. Well-experienced with tools like Pull Planning and Last Planner, we're ready to join your Lean team!
