Year Completed

The 19th century stagecoach meets downtown San Francisco in the renovated 333 Market Street office. With Paradigm General Contractors, Interior Architects, and Uesugi & Associates, we created a chic space that is a perfect balance of rustic and refined.

An impressive wall and ceiling feature both clad in reclaimed Ash have a waterfall effect of warm tones throughout the space. Vertical metal wrapped columns intersect the feature to maintain the modern look with subtle added texture. A solid Oak stair case with stair niche and metal framing perfectly match the rustic-refined balance. Even the lounge’s enclosed booth seating is in an Oak frame that is both sleek and character-filled.

Mixed materials were used to achieve the client’s dream office: a modern, yet warm and inviting space.
