United Health Services believes in the value of using LEAN Integrated Project Delivery. They selected HMC architects and a joint venture of DPR-Turner general contractors to build their new hospital in Temecula. Early in the project process, Mission Bell was selected based on our qualifications to provide casework for healthcare facilities and our experience with LEAN and Integrated Project Delivery.

Mission Bell participated in Big Room meetings, provided value analysis, constructability advice, mock-ups, and BIM models for the project. Shortly thereafter, we began building, delivering and installing all of the plastic laminate casework for patient rooms, nurse stations, the inpatient pharmacy, work areas, the emergency waiting room area, treatment rooms, as well as locker room benches, crash carts, and wardrobe casings. In addition, Mission Bell provided veneer paneling for the elevator lobby areas and corridors, 3form wall paneling for the waiting room areas and as well as a feature wall in the main lobby.
