Mission Bell's scope on this prestigious Class A office building included 20,000 square feet of tenant improvement work. Our work included perimeter offices, open office areas and a beautiful interconnecting stairway that links offices to the trading floor area. The stairway, wall paneling and low wall caps are made of quartered sliced figured Walnut veneer paneling. Quarter sliced and figured Walnut veneer casework can be seen under the stairs, and in the open office area, video and main conference rooms. Mission Bell was also responsible for the beautiful elevator lobby and reception area.
