Mission Bell's scope on their prestigious Presidio Office included:


  • 150,000 square feet of tenant improvements
  • Conference room credenzas made from Quartered Figured Eucalyptus with black granite tops
  • Lobby area includes a complex Radius reception desk and back credenza with black granite top
  • Low wall cap made with paint grade MDF and integrated glass privacy panel MDF display boxes
  • Interlam Art Diffusion paneling at 4th and 5th stairwells
  • Plastic laminate upper and lower casework at various copy rooms, storage rooms, main copy room, work room, typical open office, phone room, kitchenettes, receiving/staging area, and men's and women's locker rooms
